This course explores fundamental concepts in legal definitions, forms, systems,
origins, the classification of laws, legal hierarchy, the scope of law enforcement,
cancellation of laws, the necessity and benefits of studying law, Thai judicial process,
introduction to key principles of relevant civil and commercial law, general principles
of criminal law under the penal code (Parts I and II), general principles of criminal
procedure code, forms of title Subpoena and warrants, title arrest, detention,
imprisonment, search and provisional release, as well as the law in everyday life.
